1. Agreement to Terms

These Terms of Use constitute a legally binding Agreement made between you, whether personally or on behalf of an entity ("you") and SuperDriven AI ("Company," "we" "us," or "our"), concerning your access to and use of the SuperDriven AI website as well as any other media form, media channel, mobile website or mobile application related, linked, or otherwise connected thereto (collectively, the "Site").

Contributions Must Not:

We reserve the right, but not the obligation, to:

12. Governing Laws & Dispute Resolution

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and defined following the laws of the Republic of India. SuperDriven AI and you irrevocably consent that the courts of District Indore, Madhya Pradesh shall have exclusive jurisdiction.

Binding Arbitration

Any dispute shall be referred to and finally resolved by the Sole Arbitrator in accordance with the Arbitration and Conciliation Act of 1996.
