Role Overview: As a senior UI/UX designer, you will be responsible for creating user-centered designs that enhance the overall experience of our web and mobile applications. You will collaborate closely with developers and product managers to deliver intuitive and engaging solutions.

12-Month Success: Within 12 months, you should successfully improve the user experience on key products, resulting in higher user satisfaction scores and increased engagement metrics. You will lead design initiatives that streamline user interactions and contribute measurable results to business goals.

Key Responsibilities: Lead the design process from concept through implementation while ensuring usability and accessibility. Conduct user research, usability testing, and gather feedback to continuously enhance the design. Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to iteratively improve products based on user insights.

Required Qualifications: Proven experience in UI/UX design with a strong portfolio showcasing user-centered design solutions. Expertise in design tools such as Sketch, Adobe XD, Figma, InVision, and Axure. Strong understanding of user research methodologies and usability principles. Ability to effectively communicate design concepts to stakeholders and team members.

Preferred Qualifications: Experience in designing for both web and mobile platforms. Familiarity with front-end development technologies such as HTML/CSS and JavaScript. A background in working within agile environments is a plus. Knowledge of motion design principles is also preferred.
