ROR Developer

Role Overview: As a Ruby on Rails Developer at Shriffle Technologies, you will play a crucial role in developing and maintaining web applications. Key Responsibilities: Design and implement new features in our Ruby on Rails applications. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new functionalities. Maintain and improve the existing codebase while ensuring its reliability and performance. Participate in code reviews and contribute to team knowledge sharing. Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability.

Required Qualifications: Strong understanding of the Ruby on Rails framework and MVC architecture. Proficiency in databases such as PostgreSQL or MySQL. Experience with front-end technologies including HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. Familiarity with version control tools, particularly Git. Solid understanding of RESTful APIs and web services.

Preferred Qualifications: Basic knowledge of deployment and cloud platforms is a plus. Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
