Role Overview: We are seeking a Senior Rails Developer to join our team. The successful candidate will leverage their expertise to design and build scalable, high-performance applications using Ruby on Rails.

12-Month Success: In the first year, you will improve the performance and maintainability of our existing applications while also playing a key role in the development of new features that enhance user experience and drive business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities: Develop and maintain robust applications that meet user needs. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features. Implement best practices for test-driven development and code reviews. Ensure the application's performance, quality, and responsiveness.

Required Qualifications: Proficiency in Ruby on Rails with a proven track record of delivering high-quality applications. Experience with modern web development practices, including RESTful APIs and database management. Strong problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot production issues effectively.

Preferred Qualifications: Experience in an Agile development environment. Familiarity with frontend technologies like JavaScript, HTML, and CSS would be a plus. Knowledge of DevOps practices is also beneficial.
