Role Overview:

We are seeking a skilled Web Testing Engineer with over 3 years of experience to join our dynamic team. This role involves ensuring the quality and performance of our web applications through meticulous testing and analysis, contributing to the overall user experience and product excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute test plans, test cases, and test scripts for web applications.
• Perform manual and automated testing to identify defects and ensure functionality.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve issues.
• Report and track defects using appropriate testing tools and methodologies.
• Conduct regression testing and ensure application performance meets standards.
• Participate in requirement reviews and provide feedback on testability.
• Continuously improve testing processes and strategies.

Required Technical Skills and Experience Levels:

• 3+ years of experience in web application testing.
• Proficiency in automated testing tools (e.g. Selenium, TestNG).
• Solid understanding of various web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript).
• Experience with testing methodologies and documentation.
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.

Preferred Qualifications and Nice-to-Haves:

• Experience with performance and load testing tools (e.g. JMeter, LoadRunner).
