Role Overview:

The HR Manager will be responsible for recruitment, employee relations, performance management, compliance, and policy implementation. This role drives organizational culture and talent development while ensuring smooth HR operations that align with business goals and enhance employee satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and manage the full recruitment lifecycle to attract and retain top talent.
  • Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to promote a positive organizational culture.
  • Manage employee relations and address any workplace conflicts or issues.
  • Lead performance management processes to facilitate employee development and drive organizational success.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.
  • Collaborate with management to align HR strategies with business objectives.
  • Implement and manage talent development initiatives and training programs.
  • Monitor employee satisfaction and engagement levels to foster a supportive work environment.

Required Technical Skills and Experience Levels:

  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in HR management or a related field.
  • In-depth knowledge of HR best practices, employment law, and compliance.
  • Proven experience in recruitment and employee relations.
  • Strong performance management and talent development skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Preferred Qualifications and Nice-to-Haves:

  • HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) is a plus.
  • Previous experience in a managerial role in HR.
  • Familiarity with HRIS and other HR technologies.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Good understanding of organizational culture and change management.
